Smiling woman with light brown hair, black top and white collar, about a brand.

Hi,
I'm Lauren!

In 2021, I moved from NYC to Florida—ready for a fresh start. But just one day after arriving, I experienced sudden numbness on the right side of my body. After many doctor visits, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)—a life-changing moment that sparked my healing journey.

I dove deep into understanding the immune system, gut-brain connection, inflammation, and nervous system regulation. I’m a Certified Health coach currently pursuing my certificate in Advanced Functional Medicine. I’m also Polyvagal-Informed, equipping me to better support nervous system healing.

Today, I help families find clarity, root-cause solutions, and real-life tools for long-term healing. You don’t have to figure it out alone—I'm here to guide you.

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine is a personalized, root-cause approach to healthcare that looks at why symptoms are happening instead of just masking them with drugs.

I focus on finding early signs of imbalance and aiming for peak function, even before a disease is diagnosed. Unlike conventional medicine, which often treats symptoms with medication or surgery and relies on broad “normal” ranges, functional medicine uses optimal ranges and individualized care to restore true balance.
